  I wish I could give zero stars. Do not trust these people with your property and/or your money, especially Andrea. They are deceitful, dishonest and despicable thieves. These people are your typical con artists.

  Would give zero stars, if possible. Do not leave your investment property in the hands of Redlands Property Group, unless you really enjoy:
  
  * Emails not being responded to
  * Phone calls not being returned
  * Rent payments not being forwarded unless you chase them up
  * Rental statements not being sent unless you ask for them, numerous times, every single month
  * Inspection reports & photos not being provided
  * Property damage not reported
  * Overall terrible service, lack of communication & no actual "property management"
  
  Stay clear of this group. Even your worst property management experience won't match how low this group can go.
